As long as it doesn't damage the property or violate any lease terms, you are free to decorate as you please.
All tours are FREE!
We accept appointments and walk-ins. We also offer self-guided tours.
You can pay through the BILT app on your smartphone or through the BILT website.
We require Renters Legal Liability. We do not require renter's insurance. However, we highly recommend renter's insurance.
You may add on roommates, but we do not allow subletting. All residents over the age of 18 yrs must complete an application, pass a background check and credit check.

Patch, paint, change batteries, change filters, check appliances, clean, carpet clean or replace.
Yes we have an onsite maintenance staff and maintenance is available 24-7 for any emergency emergencies.
